Non-commercial use of the article is governed by the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) with mandatory attribution, which is currently available on the website http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the author hereby grants the journal publisher a license to use the article commercially (for U.S. government employees: to the extent transferable) in accordance with Section 2 below and Sections 4-9 below, worldwide, in any form, in any language, for the full term of the copyright, effective from the date of acceptance of the article for publication.
2. Author's Warranties
The author warrants that the article is original, written by the named author(s), has not been previously published, does not contain unlawful statements, does not infringe the rights of others, is the subject of copyright owned solely by the author and is free from any rights of third parties, and that all necessary written permissions for citation from other sources have been obtained by the author(s). The author has ensured the protection of research subjects and ensures that research participants have received informed consent and, where appropriate, ethical approval for the study.
3. User Rights
Under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) with mandatory attribution, users (other than the authors) are free to share (copy, distribute, and transmit the contribution) under the following conditions:
1) they must attribute the work in a manner specified by the author or licensor;
2) they may not use the contribution for commercial purposes;
3) they may not modify, transform, or build upon the work.
4. Authors' Rights
The authors retain the following rights:
– copyright and other proprietary rights related to the article, such as patent rights
– the right to use the content of the article in future own works, including lectures and books,
– the right to reproduce the article for their own purposes, provided that copies are not offered for
Sale;
– the right to self-archive the article.
5. Co-authorship
If the article was prepared jointly with other authors, the person signing this form guarantees that all co-authors have authorized him to sign this agreement on their behalf, and undertakes to familiarize his co-authors with the terms of this agreement.
6. Termination
This agreement may be terminated by the author or the Journal Publisher with two months' notice if the other party has materially breached this agreement and has not cured such breach within one month of receiving notice from the party terminating the agreement demanding to cure such breach. No breach of this Agreement shall automatically terminate this Agreement or any license granted herein or affect the determination of the Journal Publisher. After the expiration of forty (40) years from the date of this Agreement, this Agreement may be terminated without cause by either the Author or the Journal Publisher upon two years’ prior notice. The Author and the Journal Publisher may agree to terminate this Agreement at any time. This Agreement or any license granted herein may not be terminated except in accordance with this Section 6.
7. Author’s Fees
This Agreement does not entitle the Author to any royalties or other payments. To the extent permitted by law, the Author waives his or her right to receive royalties for any use of the Article by the Journal Publisher or its sublicensees.
8. Miscellaneous
A journal publisher publishes an article (or arranges for its publication) in the journal if the editing process for the article has been successfully completed and the journal publisher or its sublicensee has an obligation to publish the article. If such an obligation is conditional on the payment of a fee, it is not deemed to exist until such fee is paid. The journal publisher may bring the article into conformity with the style of punctuation, spelling, capitalization and appropriate usage. The author acknowledges that the article may be published in such a way that it is publicly available, and such access will be free of charge to readers.

The journal publisher has the right to enforce the rights granted to it under this agreement against third parties to the extent permitted by law.
