Procedure for submitting a publication
Guidelines for authors
The editorial board accepts for consideration only those manuscripts to which the following documents are attached:
– an electronic version of the article completed in accordance with the requirements
– a signed consent to the processing of personal data

Each manuscript, provided that all accompanying documents are available, may be published in the nearest issue of the journal after external review and a positive decision of the editorial board.
Submission of materials to the editorial board is free of charge.
The average term for initial consideration of a manuscript is ten days.
The average term for review is four weeks.
The average term for publication is three months.
All manuscripts are checked for plagiarism using StrikePlagiarism.com.
Submission Requirements
By submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors confirm that it meets all established requirements and ethical standards of the journal, and also certify that they own the exclusive copyright to the article, that it has not been previously published and has not been submitted for consideration to other journals and conferences, and does not contain information prohibited for publication in the open press.
Articles that do not meet the specified requirements will not be accepted for consideration and are subject to rejection.
When submitting a manuscript to the journal, authors must confirm that it meets all established requirements (Formation Requirements)
If inconsistencies are found, the editorial office returns the materials to the authors for revision.
The manuscript has not been previously published and has not been submitted for consideration to other publications (or appropriate explanations are provided in the comments for the editorial office).
The submission file must be in Microsoft Word format.
All Internet links are accompanied by complete and correct addresses.
The text is typed in font size 11 with a line spacing of "multiplier 1"; the author's emphasis is highlighted in italics; all illustrations, graphs and tables are placed directly in the text - in places appropriate to the content, and not at the end of the document.
The text meets the stylistic and bibliographical requirements set out in the Requirements for Formatting
The material has been submitted to a peer-reviewed journal, and the file has been formatted in accordance with the review process
Copyright Statement
The authors retain the right to authorship of their work and grant the journal the right of first publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
This license allows others to freely use the published materials, including commercial use, provided that the authorship is properly indicated, a link to the license is provided, and indications of changes, if any, have been made. This should not create the impression that the authors support or approve the way the material is used.
